Swimming is enjoyed from Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekends and during the week starting when schools let out in June. Lifeguards have Pond/Lake certification. Water quality is checked weekly during the swimming season by the Westchester Country Department of Health as required by the county for all public bathing beaches. Our water quality has always exceeded standards.

The Beach is a favorite for toddlers, teens, and adults alike. Playing with our sand toys and building sandcastles are daily activities. It is also a quiet place to read a book and enjoy a sunny afternoon, or to meet with friends.

Canoes, rowboats and kayaks are available for leisure, exercise and fishing. Children under 12 are required to use the provided life vests as safety and fun are the basis of the community. for toddlers, teens, and adults alike.

Fishing from boats or casting off from the shore is a favorite activity for all ages. Enjoy looking for the many varieties of turtles, frogs and fish.

Sports and Recreation for children and adults include kickball, soccer and wiffle ball in the fields and playing alligator in the water. There is a play set for younger children.
Wednesday night BBQs bring us together from the last week of school until at least Labor Day. The fire is lit and swimming goes until dusk. Members bring the fixings to barbeque or a pre-made meal and enjoy spending time outside with family, neighbors and friends. There are often s'mores and a pickup game or two.

The End of the Season Bonfire is a fond memory of some of our now grown children. We gather around a bonfire, make s'mores and tell stories.
Held around Halloween time. We often also meet for a quick meal and then trick or treating on Halloween.

Ladies Art Events are when the pond women get together to socialize while crafting.
